The colors are well blended and the way she stands there is really, really cute. Her outfit and hairstyle is also well suited to her. Her skin tone is just the right color and her blush is really beautiful. ! >.< Just the right shade of red <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="

(Smile)"/> Because of the way you colored it and added the effects, it looks as if she's glowing. Then the sparkles are just enough (I've seen other pixels who kinda... over used those sparkly things XD). Let's not forget about those cute eyes! When I stare at it, it looks like I'm having these winter-ish feeling.

Overall, it's truly amazing. Even if she's not really an angel, she looks angelic and really elegant. Keep up the good work! (And because I really like it, I'll add this to my favourites~!)
